      Very disappointed and annoyed with this bank. I tried to cash a paper savings bond and they told me they "can't." No reason given. No direction except to go to the federal website. I called the main office to get the federal website, went there, and it directed me to go to my bank. I have 3 accounts there. Very poor customer service. Fortunately, I have an account in another bank and they told me I can cash the bond there.
