From the moment I walked into the dealership on a quiet, rainy day, Alan was super friendly and helpful. He showed me what they had in stock. Talked honestly about how often things come available and talked me through the process of ordering a new car. He was clear with lots of great information. He spent a good deal of time but kept everything pressure free. Once I decided to order, he was super helpful and accommodating of my schedule to make that happen. During the wait there was great communication as he received new information from the factory. Once the car arrived everyone was helpful to finalize the deal. Alan spent time to introduce me to the service crew and set up my first appointment. He also helped make sure I was aware of features of the car and all the dealership perks. There was a minor cosmetic issue with the car and he assured me it would be taken car of ASAP as it was already past closing time. I received a message first thing Monday morning about the appointment set up to fix the issue. It was taken care of quickly and completely! So thrilled to have my new car and would highly recommend Gainesville Subaru to anyone!
