      I couldn't be happier! Sue was always encouraging and helpful and right there through the entire process, even offering positive encouragement when the first sale fell through (buyer, not realtor). I can't recommend anyone more highly, and did interview a half-dozen or more realtors before selecting Sue (with a huge nod to Mandy as well). Sue was recommended to me after a successful transaction my son and daughter-in-law had with her. She's approachable, negotiable and really seems to understand and consider who will be the best fit to purchase your home rather than jumping at the first valid offer. Would run to her if I need to sell again. Would give 10 stars if I could!

      I can't rate highly enough the efficiency, professionalism, personability, and warmth Sue and Mandy brought to our home selling experience. After receiving a job offer overseas I reached out to Sue on a friend's recommendation and we immediately met and went over the details. I was stunned when she told me that selling our house within 30-45 days was not only possible, but likely -- and boy did she follow through. Sue and Mandy made the entire experience seamless and stress-free for us, and Sue navigated the negotiation process with an iron will. I'm genuinely impressed, and can't recommend her and her team highly enough.
