  Summer and her team are seriously great. They walked us through every option we had, made sure we were going in the right direction with what we felt comfortable with, and then worked diligently to close us quickly once we made a decision. Everything was so smooth, even though we ran into a few problems - they made sure we had everything we needed to work through them.

  It was so great working with Summer and her team. This is our second time working with her and both transactions have been flawless. She is always quick to respond to any needs or questions I have, no matter the time of day. She was there for us on our closing days and saw it to the end to ensure there were no issues that needed to be resolved. She is so timely and always helpful. We wouldn’t close on a house with anyone else. If you want to purchase a home or an investment property, I highly recommend her!
