      Had accounts with this bank long before it was a Summit, before Capital, even before Greenbrier. Without warning, they started stealing money out of my savings account! They called it an inactivity fee. So, instead of paying me to use MY money, they were charging me! Needless to say, I closed all my accounts, withdrew all my funds, and found another bank.
