      These people are nice and great to deal with. The bank is garbage. Do not let the local bank feel deceive you. You will be strung along for several weeks just to be denied a loan and potentially lose your contract. I have worked with many big and small institutions and the degree of nit picking and unreasonable Information requests are absurd. Never been denied for anything in my life, but they cannot write a loan for $39,000 despite me selling my $250k home in Florida to relocate to beautiful West Virginia. I would welcome any advice on a new local bank that works with people and their individual situations. I wish my credit union had locations there.
