      Very friendly and helpful staff! I just moved to the area and they helped me open an account in no time with no issues! So glad I made the switch to Summit; I definitely see me banking with them for the foreseeable future. Claire is extremely nice and good at her job!

      They took over my account and now I have to change every thing that was linked to it. Still haven't received my debit card so now I can't access my money because lobby is by appointment only. Nothing is accessible on their website and I work night shift so I sleep during their business hours and will have a difficult time adjusting to these changes.
