  My experience here is great every time I come here. The staff are wonderful and also helpful. I set appointments before here and it was alright. It gets crowded sometimes but what credit union doesn't? Anyways sign up for newsletter and also try becoming a member too if you haven't yet. You won't regret it and if you do that's unfortunate.   Didn't realize this was a drive thru or self help location only. Teller behind the counter told me I need to wait in line for the self teller in order to get a cashier's check. What a joke.

  Negative experiences every time we come here. We have a couple loans with Summit CU and every time we’ve written a slip with the loan account number on it to pay what’s due, they apply it to the wrong loan!!! Later in the month we get an email stating that the loan is pst due and that we need to contact them when they should’ve applied it to the right one. I don’t understand how they keep applying the payments on the wrong loan when we specifically WROTE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER!!! Update: Received a call from the branch manager and is working with me to figure out a solution for the situation. Very professional and helpful.
