  Do not attempt to use their message system on your account. They don't read the responses in their entirety, ask the same questions after you already answered them - which come across snotty and uncaring in their replies. After 20 years with them i am moving my personal account because of this experience. Thank God for competition!!!! Update: to clarify, the American Prkwy location has always been the most respectful, helpful, and customer focus. The manager worked hard to rectify this situation. With that said, Summit Corporate is in need of good overhaul with how they can better assist customers remotely and make sure their processes make sense. My experience is unacceptable with todays technology. If i didn't drive 9 hours the following day to get the cashiers check that should have been wired, I would have lost a pass through deal which provided a 35% return +. So i moved my stars for this location to 4 but for Summit overall it is still a 1 to be fair. Based on my experiences with other financial institutions.

  Credit union that acts like a big bank. Fees to have a debit card, no free checks. Charged me a $5.00 "account inactivity fee" with no warning beforehand. Thankfully I read my statements. I have no doubt that they would have happily continued to do that until the account was drained and then start tacking on "negative balance" fees. EDIT - Your member service team could have refunded my $5 when I called prior to leaving this review, but refused to do so, thus I closed my account.
