      My Father banked here for 40 plus years. He took those ladies in there sweet potatoes and was very nice to them. Whenever he had a stroke, and we had to get him on Medicare, you would have thought we were up there to rob the bank. They were so cold and suspicious and treated us very unkindly. I was POA for my Dad and I gave them the papers to prove it. When I went up twice to draw out money for my Mother (she had Covid) they wouldn’t let me. He passed away before Christmas and my Mother and I just closed the account and we are so glad we do not have to deal with them anymore.

      I don't have very many issues with this place but my two are that there needs to be some sort of 24hour help line and I don't prefer having to wait till Monday for a check to go into my account because I'm paid mostly on Fridays but other than that the staff are really nice and I've had no other issues 👍
