      When there system crash the backlash hits EVERYONE! I am unable to use MY Debit card anywhere and it's being declined! You can't check your bank account and there is no after hour to call so someone can fix the problem so if it's Saturday you're without your money until Monday! UNACCEPTABLE

      OK. My husband has been a member for decades. Service used to be outstanding, but the staff is just not knowledgeable like it used to be. Last example: “Your debit card probably didn’t work because of the rain.” You get a lot of “mmm hmmms” and attitude for replies. My mother in law worked here for 25 years, so I know they get paid pretty lousy...guessing that’s partly why staff is sub-par anymore.
