      I am grateful to Jesus Christ for allowing to meet and know Jose Molina for many years now. He was a key part of the deal from start to finish. The purchase of the ranch really started last year with Jose Molina teaching us how to position ourselves to qualify for a loan. That allowed us to be in position for this purchase. The listing agent stated that the deal clincher was that Jose Molina was our loan consultant. As grateful as we are for Jose Molina we are equally, if not more, grateful for the team that he has surrounded himself with of which the star is Nohelia Barranco. She blessed us tremendously by sending itemized lists of the tasks that needed to be completed. I let Jose know that I was in serious need of assistance in completing the tasks due to time constraints he told me to reach out to Nohelia. She was most accommodating. She allowed me to come into the office without an appointment and at the time that was convenient for me. She completed the tasks once I provided the vital information, allowing me to continue to run my business while I was in her office. From that moment forward all we had to do was wait for closing docs and sign them. Nohelia allowed me to make valuable use of my time which is the only commodity that we can't get more of, and for that I am eternally grateful.
