I am so thankful for the Noone team at Summit Funding! My deal fell through with my first bank, and Summit was able to rescue and close the deal within like 2.5 weeks. It was incredible, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a flexible lender that will find a way to make your deal work.

Ask for Adam Noone, or Kaitlyn Novack! Summit Funding helped make the loan process easy and enjoyable. I was pre qualified fast and everything Is done over the phone. It's awesome. I had put off the idea of applying for a home loan for so long. It seemed like a lot of work and confusing at that. Then my realtor Jeremy Lemm referred me to Adam Noone and his team . They are all so nice and really care. They always got back to me right away when I had questions and explained things to me. Due to the nature of the property I was hoping to get, they ended up doing all the work for a conventional loan and then turning around and had to do it all over to satisfy FHA. I would have given up at a few turns in all this, but they kept working hard and were very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process. I actually closed on the purchase of my dream property! I am thrilled. Thank you Adam and Kaitlyn and Elainie!!!!!!!!!! And all the other people behind the scene. Thank you all so much!
