      I would NOT use this company again in Kennewick, WA. We kept getting bounced around from agent to agent because people kept quitting, so they kept asking for duplicate documents and asking the same questions because no one was communicating with each other. On top of that they were not prompt in getting us the documents to help close on a house, in some cases they took over a 7-10 day period to get us disclosures, they even went as far as making our plan to lock in a rate really hard by not making it a point of education or a priority while rates we’re rising, they didn’t offer the information and at one point one employee encouraged not to do it. We felt like as a first time home buyers summit could have been more informative and prompt with communication or explaining rather than assume we knew what we were doing or what we were signing. We felt in may cases that Summit did not have our best interest in mind. In many cases we had to seek outside help for better understanding of the process and what we were looking at. We were very dissatisfied with this company and it’s professionalism, promptness and communication.
