The entire Summit Funding team worked hard for us to make a loan with somewhat different specific requests on our part go through quckly. A large national lender wanted to just give us a standard cookie cutter loan.

Honestly for me it was the communication and overall kindness. As a first time home buyer, I knew practically nothing about this whole process, but Jacek and Melinda were always super quick to communicate and answer all of my many questions. Overall I had a pretty great experience.
