  Tyler and his team at Summit were wonderful! My husband and I started our home buying journey with another lender and it was a nightmare! A friend gave me the number for Lindsay Smith and Tyler, I called and in no time at all Tyler had us approved and we were out looking for our home. Tyler was available ANY TIME I called him or texted him, it did not matter if it was the weekend or evening! We finally found a home and the sellers wanted to close in 21 days! Unheard of! But Tyler and his team made it happen!! It took work on both ends but we all got it done and we are in our home!! It only took a MONTH after calling Tyler and his team at Summit! If you are not working with Tyler and his team you do not know what your missing!!! Thank you again Tyler and the Lumbardo team!!!!! You guys are AMAZING!!!!!!

  My deal fell through when I was under contract. Not because things organically went wrong, but wholly due to the irresponsibility of the loan processors. I asked specific questions to Ann Marie which were brushed off. The specific question to her, the exact concern she told me not to worry about was the reason my deal fell through. I lost over $1500 and two hard credit inquiries but it’s okay. The bright side is that I’m moving into another home, even better than the one I was so looking forward to while working with Ann Marie and her incompetent team. It has been about a month and I haven’t received one call or email from Summit admitting they were wrong or from Ann Marie apologizing for her role in it all. Everything happens for a reason. Thanks for nothing. =)

  I must say they are very nice people but the manner in the way my loan application was handled was very unprofessional and they weren’t clear on the process I have excellent credit but I was unsatisfied in the way they ran my credit and didn’t do the due diligence to see if my newly built home could get a refinance they drag me thru an appraisal and a month and a half of waiting just to tell me no very unprofessional and disappointing (FYI Google makes you give a star but if I could give zero stars I would)
