Outstanding experience with summit funding. Josh Gullick definitely knows the market and provides personalized counsel and guidance at every step of the process. This was my first home purchase and summit funding made it as smooth as possible. Compared to big banks, using summit funding was far more advantageous because I always had easy communication and ability to immediately contact anyone on Josh's team including Josh himself whenever i had random last minutes questions or calculations i wanted to run by him. If it weren't for him and his team, I would not have been able to secure an amazing home in this insanely competitive housing market. I definitely endorse summit funding to future home buyers.
