  Honestly, everything. From start to finish. Rick truly exceeded all expectations throughout the selling process of a former home and the buying process of our new home. He never failed to communicate any updates--I never had to call, email or text about what was coming next in the process as he was always one step ahead and already contacting me to share updates, next steps, and consistently offering his support. Rick made himself available honoring my particular schedule, even in the evenings well after business hours. He was very quick to respond whether through text, email, or phone call! Rick is such a treasure to the home buying and loan funding process in many ways, yet one in particular that really sets him apart from many others in the field--he doesn't just want your business and secure funding of a home loan. He genuinely educates clients, explains every step thoroughly and is VERY transparent and honest throughout the process. This is a rare find in the business these days and his integrity is next to none! Rick, Stacy, and the rest of the Hernandez team are truly a gift from God and I am so thankful we were led to work with this expectational team! I wouldn't have wanted to give my business to anyone else and will be referring many friends and family, as I trust them! Thank you SO much Rick/Hernandez team! God bless you all!
