      Very professional service with amazing response time. Was able to process paperwork incredibly fast, allowing us to close our house in 3 weeks. Would have been sooner had it not been for delays outside of their control. Would greatly recommend to anyone. Fantastic service!

      Desiree was great to work with! She was very quick to respond to any questions that I had, and figured out what would work best for me for my mortgage. The lending process through summit funding was available to complete online which was a huge plus to not have to try to drop paper work off after work or after kids activities. I would recommend and will use them again for any future mortgage lending.
