  Ryan at Summit Lending was super easy to work with and helped me refinance at a better rate with a very short turnaround time. Working with Summit Lending allowed me to save money on the transaction cost as well as getting a lower rate than with one of the big companies. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage check out Summit Lending.

  When I decided to refinance my home the week before Thanksgiving, I was working with a DIFFERENT company (not Summit) I found online. This is what the OTHER COMPANY offered me: 4.5% interest rate, 2 & 1/2 months to close, TWO points on my loan and I had to pay my own appraisal fee. My friend reminded me it was my right to "shop around" and I had just heard an ad on KFI radio for Summit Lending. So I contacted Lisa, who reached out about 15 mins. later. This is what SUMMIT LENDING OFFERED ME (my exact same FICO score, debt to income ratio, etc.): 3.9% interest rate, close BEFORE Christmas, NO points and Summit would pay for my appraisal. Now I don't know about anyone else, but...to me...this was a no brainer! Everyone I worked with (via phone/email) at Summit, from Ryan to Krista to Lisa herself (yes...you do get to talk with her directly :-D) was knowledgeable, professional and just downright nice. My cornucopia of questions were answered with patience and explained so I could easily understand. They always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Every. single. thing. they offered/promised was done to the letter. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has the good sense to use these folks for their home refi/purchase. They are exactly who/what they claim to be from start to finish. UPDATE: I still highly recommend Summit Lending! I used them a second time for a refinance, and now have a 2.7 fixed interest rate. I also recommended them to two separate friends. Both friends were in the process of refinancing with other companies… one was ready to sign the papers. Both friends (one with a house, one with a condo) called Summit Lending. Lisa and her team got both a better rate, and a faster process. Both went with Summit and are super happy!
