      Bob has always been super straight, forward helpful, and informative. He has gone out of his way to help me on several occasions. But as always be careful when you are dealing with large sums of money and ask questions or you might end up like the 1 star guy.

      Told me nobody does construction loans and why the hell would you want to get a construction loan . I told him because I want a brand new house on property. He said well that would be a stupid move. I told him ok ill make sure not to refer him to anyone . So rude.
