      Czar Yeung helped us buy our first home 4 years ago and is recently helping me refinance. Being the first home buyer, we were unfamiliar with all the details of the mortgage process. Czar is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive, answering every question we had immediately and provided valuable advice.       Terrible Customer service, applied for mortgage took all the documents required came back with some outrageous rates when the banker was questioned on why rates are so high compared to other places loan was denied saying documents were not verifiable total waste of time and effort. Ultimately went to another banker and received loan. Discrimination practices at it best as all customers approved only if they are Chinese with no bank documents or real income sources. Predatory banking practices stay as far away from this place as possible!
