      If I could I would give this company and Hunter K. Loan officer zero star rating! I am greatly dissatisfied with this company and more specifically disappointed with Hunter and his treatment during my Refinance process. Initially I did not appreciate how much time and confusion went into Hunter explaining the refinance process. Communication consisted of me continually reaching out asking for updates!!! Then When my E documents were complete I was never informed nor contacted by Hunter. I waited three weeks to hear from Hunter as I reached out to him in the early November to see if he what the next steps would be and he said he would keep me posted things are pending. Now Its going on almost a month later.... I end up finding my E documents in my spam email, missed the assigned closing date, had been completely disregard and I have heard no updates or had any contact from hunter-which it’s his job to let me know the next steps and when documents are ready to be signed. I called him again today....He then called back apologizing for not reaching out to me and I when I told him that I’m gonna go ahead and go with a different lending company he said sorry that you don’t understand how this business works I’ll send over cancellation documents! No remorse for wasting my time!! I felt he was unprofessional,acted ungrateful for my business and did not deserve to have my money or be the company to refinance my loan. And At the end of the day it’s not my job to know how to be a loan officer it’s his job to know how to be a loan officer. I was highly disappointed as Hunter came recommended and I cannot believe that he chose to handle my refinance process in the manner in which he did.
