I would be very leary in any business with Summit Real Estate located in Evansville Indiana. Our dealings were with a man named Andy. He was a property manager of a home located on Red Bank. The home was HUGE, old, and with a little TLC I thought it could be dreams come true. It also came with a 1500 month rent payment. Since our move in date, everything went bad... found black mold behind washer & dryer. Andy reassured me he would "test and remediate" nope, just repaired wall. After months of all 5 family members getting sicker and sicker, I finally asked if all mold was tested and treated. He said no. So, he lied, For a profit, on our health. Asked for deposit back on lease end, nope.. I lost 2 pregnancies, my kids got sick, and you won't even give back deposit? This is just rental... makes me wonder... what are they hiding on their sales ???
