      Carrie didn't reply to e-mails when the title work appeared to have issues. She also didn't respond to phone calls in a timely manner when a wire transfer was missing. (You want to know where your $XX,XXX wire transfer is? Don't expect a reply from these guys...) Summit Valley Title also didn't bother to send us the original copies of the paperwork filed (something every other title company I have worked with has done) and ignored my requests for it. I would never use this company for anything again. Would give 0 stars if possible. (Check the other reviews...)

      Worst experience ever. Private sale fell through, Summit Valley held earnest money and would not release it. Months later gave half to the seller without any sort of release from us or any communication. Find a reputable company- this is not it.
