Im so happy I came into the Pembroke Pines branch. The branch manager Chanel is a beast!!!!!! 100% Beast mode all the time. Super friendly and helpful she answers the phone when I call for assistance and is always in great spirits. I am refinancing my truck loan here and they have made it super easy. Attention higher ups, this gal is a great ambassador for Sun credit union.

Poor service before the pandemic, as well as after, but I like how they’re using that as an excuse. Poor rates: cds, loans, savings etc. Loans rates can easily be beat by other institutions. Antiquated system. No access to your funds and everything is done by mail. Most of the time I tried signing online the system was down or updating and again this was long before the pandemic and it was all the time. Including bill pay, which a lot of people don’t know, paper check sent by mail. No other financial institutions does this. Get your money out as fast as you can and put them out of business. They don’t appreciate loyalty so stop being loyal. 22 yr old account… closed… and good riddance.
