  I have been with Sun Federal for a couple of years. I applied for a loan and got paired with Chris Baker. The process was so incredibly smooth. The communication between Chris and the dealership, as well as keeping me in the loop and updated on the process of my loan was better than I could have ever asked for! Buying a new car can be stressful and applying for a loan can be too, but I couldn't have been more pleased with how I was treated at Sun Federal, the process was as stress free as possible, largely in part due to such fantastic communication and such a friendly and professional approach. I am very happy to be a part of this credit union and am looking forward to my next transaction with them!

  I have NEVER in my life been to a credit union or any other banking establishment that has been so incredibly incompetent.. I would NEVER put a dime into this credit union. My minor niece HAS to unfortunately bank with these people and she has literally had to leave her job and come to this establishment repeatedly 4 times now over her NAME.. They couldn't seem to get her name correct in their system she has a first middle and last name like I'm assuming much of the people in this country. Are you serious right now?!?! 4 different times because you can't get first middle and last right?! It's not rocket science. Now on the 4th trip because they are incompetent in my opinion of course they just now ask for a copy of her social and birth certificate?!? Where in the world can you open an account without it?! They have her ID on file surprisingly and just now ask for these documents because they couldn't seem to get her name right.. It's beyond unbelievable they should have a sign that says "bank at your own risk"...
