      Awful company to deal with. Manager hung up on us. Drove all day to get here the time they emailed us about and They lie about check in times and offer no type of accommodations for the inconvenience.

      Hi Tim. Our check-in times begin at 4 pm and continue until each home is cleaned and ready. I see according to the notes on your reservation that our cleaners were still preparing this home just after 5, which is not out of the ordinary. We do our best to have homes cleaned and ready as quickly as possible. It is not our nature to hang up on guests (or anyone) unless we are being yelled at. Looks like our manager offered accommodations for your group to use our restroom at the office and then bid you a great day before saying goodbye. I hope your week here on the OBX is a pleasant one.
