  Could've cost me my home! We had an appointment to finalize papers after escrow closed (my agent picked them), but that got pushed and pushed with no explanation. Sun Title assured me the buyers loan FINALLY went through and that a check was waiting for me at their office if I came in right that moment, even though over a month before, I clarified direct deposit was the only method I was interested in. They screwed around with unnecessary small talk and offering of snacks for about 30 minutes, which turned out to be their exact cutoff to get the signatures in for depositing my money that Friday instead of days later which made me give over the keys to my home to someone who still hadn't paid for it. They knew this cutoff and should've gotten down to brass tacks, but the distraction made more sense after the long weekend when I was still without funds. I called. And called. I left unanswered messages and panicked that I gave my house away for a bag of chips and a soda. Sun Title then finally answered the phone and advised me that the buyer STILL HAD NOT secured a loan yet "but don't worry." DON'T WORRY?! I was livid. I signed my house over when Sun Title literally showed me a paper check that still wasn't funded by the buyer and there was NO was for me to know. After 14 days (!!!) of unnecessary stress and fear due to their intentional lie, thankfully the buyer got a loan to pay for the house he had been living in at my expense. Real estate sales are complicated and stressful enough without adding unscrupulous, untrustworthy liars to count on. I hope this saves someone the same stress and risk Sun Title cost me.

  Super professional company. My wife and I bought our first house through this company and have literally zero regrets. The entire staff was super welcoming and helpful, working hard to find us the perfect house, even in a crazy market. Huge shout out to Brian Clinger for being an amazing realitor. He was beyond professional, making sure we had the ability to go look at houses with our hectic schedules and making sure we had all the information we could need for each listing. He was super nice but also respected our boundaries without being pushy or hovering like some other agents do. I would 1 million percent reccomend this company and its staff to anyone looking for a house.
