Have had our loan with Sun West since 2015 and recently did a refinance with them. We decided to look into refinancing so we gave them a call first since we’ve had such a great experience over the last 5 years we really didn’t want to move to another loan company. We were able to do the refinance with Sun West which was great. Talked with Clea Calumby - she was amazing from day 1 of the process. She answered all of my mountains of questions quickly and professionally. I would refer Sunwest to anyone and would like to extend 100% appreciation to Clea for helping it run smooth with absolutely no stress.

Terrible experience. Communication was terrible. Closing delayed due to negligence of their partners. Promised 0 payment due at closing, and the day of closing they wanted me to pay a little over 2k in order to close. I was the one one always calling to see what's going on, no one ever calls be back or answers their phone. This whole process has been a complete nightmare.
