Beware when working with this company. They will attempt to bait and switch your homeowners insurance creating HUGE headaches. Provided evidence of isnracne from the agent of choice and was advised by the title agent they worked with an insurance broker and suggested also getting a quote from them. This quote was declined, however, when it came time for payment to be issued at closing the title company mailed the check with THE OTHER INSURANCE INFORMATION NOT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE BUYER! this is creating huge issues trying to get the polciy the fraudulently put in place canceled and an absolute nightmare trying to get the funds moved to the correct policy that was actually wanted. Be very careful dealing with this agency!! Make sure if you give them proof of insurance that is where they ACTUALLY send your money!!!

I have used Sunbelt Title for years and have always been very pleased with the services they provide. My latest closing was extremely difficult due to the buyers lender and there lack of professionalism. If it were not for Andrew and Robin I do not believe this sale would have closed. They stuck with it throughout a diffuclt situation and went beyond what is normal. I cant thank them enough for all they did as the seller is a personal friend and I was stressed over the situation. I will always recommend them to clients. Thanks for the great job.
