      I am very disappointed in the service that I received from the Pinecrest Sunbelt Title Agency. My closing was 02/01/22. I understand that their policy is to hold $250.00 of my proceeds to ensure the MDWS is paid... which I provided documentation there was a credit. I do understand the waiting period, but 4.5 months is a little much. On the multiple times that I have inquired about my funds I have gotten nothing but the run around, supposedly now because of an error the the Escrow department made...should this be my problem? This is now 06/15/22 and I am told that I will need to wait for a supervisor to get back from vacation to have my funds. Very poor business practice!
