I received a text alert that someone was trying to use my card fraudulently. I immediately headed over to this location & was attended by Stephanie Z. She was so sweet and was able to take care of the situation immediately! She was very patient with me. 10/10 great experience.

I came in to use the notary services … The Manager is as Lazy as they get .. I’ve been waiting for over an hour along with other people …she just sits there an doesn’t ask if I can be helped or say someone will be with you shortly … I’m not getting this horrible customer service … seriously this needs to be addressed.. The tellers are prompt and seem to move people along .. the Manger should follow how her people work .. Because she certainly doesn’t .. Maybe time to move to another Bank
