      We have been members of this branch and bank for a year and a half. The tellers are just amazing! The app is pretty easy to use. Opening the account went very smoothly. Thank you for the nice welcome to Suncoast. 😀

      I spoke with the bank manager about GAP insurance. I asked for clarification about the paperwork process between the dealership and suncoast credit union. She seemed very annoyed that I was asking for her to please explain the terms and procedures. She did not explain and gave me an attitude. She just repeated herself but did not explain further. I waited in awkward silence for about 10 minutes while she typed on her computer. She is not friendly, helpful or considerate. I walked out of there and called the 1800 number and got the answers I needed. I went to another branch (Vanderbilt and 951) and the experience was wonderful.
