      I had a fraudulent charge in which I disputed. You guy gave me back my money QUICK… but I did not get a single notification that my card was closed and reissued. I went 2 days without being able to access my funds. I went in on Friday and Anthony Reeves helped me out. HE WAS AMAZING!!! Not only was he kind and understanding, he made my visit extremely valuable. Customer service sucks since COVID. Everywhere! Anthony treated me like a friend… he had my card printed instantly. I really hope that large corporations understand that customers come back for the experience, not the product. Anthony, thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! Please give him the biggest raise ever!
