The young ladies at this branch are rock stars. They are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. After I made my deposit I was ask if there was anything else she could do.. I love the fact I was treated like family and not like ai was a bother. Great job🤗🌹

I was behind a woman at Suncoast Credit Union at 375 Kings highway Port Charlotte, and I presume she was in there to get a new debit card (I came in after her and only pieced this together based on what I saw since I was there). Anyway, they went into the back to get her a new debit card, and because of difficulties with the machine they were back there for 10 minutes rather than the two they told her it was going to take. She grew very impatient and actually stepped behind the teller desk to knock on the office door they went into. After knocking several times, Alexander came out from the back and told her very politely they were having technical difficulties with the machine. She was not very understanding and threw a fit and stormed out. I was just there for a deposit and it took me less than 5 minutes. I didn't have any issues, and Alexander was very helpful and friendly.
