  Horrible customer service. Open air forum when talking about personal identifying information. We went to this facility to transfer a car loan over to my daughter. We waited a good amount of time and then we were accommodated in a open air cubicle. Infact an office was available but no…our financial situation was discussed where others heard our private financial matters. Further to that point the lady who assisted us just arbitrarily has a colleague (who mind you was in a office with a door that closed) come sit down with us. She didn’t introduce herself, and she was so impassive that I told them it was very unprofessional to not ask a client if they could be invited into a private matter. She didn’t get it! Whatever, then when we we discussed matters further another employee at the cubicle next to ours starts injecting in on our loan all the while having a client infront of him chewing the fat. I will never go back to this facility. Ran poorly and associates at best should be working at a fast food establishment with the tonality and privacy their voices offer. Rude, slow and unprofessional. Do not look for a loan here, go to the 301 facility. The difference is night and day! Wish I knew the employees names I think I will return just to ensure people know who to steer clear of. It’s a trilogy of unprofessionalism I have never before witnessed.
