  Love working here. Great company culture, small enough to not make you feel like a small fish in a big sea, but big enough to still make an impact with the work you’re doing. Wonderful benefits and flexibility as well.

  I was promised quite a bit from this company and was lied to just about every day. I never knew there could be a business so unprofessional, unorganized, petty, dishonest, and pathetic. They care less about their employees than they do there residents which is very little. They will lie about pay, your job duties, will go out of their way to not help you, will lie to you constantly, and put you in situations you shouldn’t be in. My supervisor quit and fired me at the end of her last day, she wouldn’t help, or give me her supervisors number, made excuses, lied and fired me because there was something she didn’t like about me personally. This company is the biggest joke I have ever worked for and I worked in a correctional institution before I did them. Be careful and read the reviews, at the moment they don’t have one above 1 star.

  Your investment in Solona Vista Apartments in Glendale,Az is slowly but steadily being flushed down the toilet by the property management you have in place there. Property cleanliness, landscaping, Upkeep, overall condition has been declining for a year especially the last 8 months. Resident safety and well being is of no concern to your property manger. Lighting at night is almost non existent, absolutely no security patrol and all gates have shut down in open position for over a year. Drug addicts, Drug dealers, Homeless people and those who dont have good intentions roam freely day and night on property. You should inspect your property unannounced and truly see how its managed. Maintiance crews and office staff rarely last more than month the last year.
