      TERRIBLE BANK!! They're behind on technology and customer service!! We wanted to support our hometown bank, but we can't. They have required us to physically go to the bank for anything, yet we don't live in Levelland. Between my wife & I, we have closed 4-accounts. Recently, we needed copies of some checks for Court. Not only are they not available online, the bank wants to charge $50.00 per hour to PHYSICALLY pull the checks. They can't even guess as to how many hours that would take. Thank goodness for Wells Fargo! I can login & click "checks" on any of my accounts to see every single check I've written......in about 3-seconds, or 4-cents by SSB's $50/hr standards! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!!
