      Everyone's always been really nice here. But today, I had $36 taken from my account due to insufficient funds. I was told I can not get it back. I have never over drafted before. Right now this is the difference of me being able to pay one of my bills or not. I do realize its partially my fault because I forgot a purchase was coming out but I really was very stressed out when I realized that came out and there was nothing I could do. It would be nice to have a system where things come out of my account more quickly so I know what I have. I'll be more careful in the future but it would be nice to have that money back. It doesnt seem like a lot but it is to me. Thank you for all your help
