      Horrible customer service!!! Because of the extreme heat & COVID 19, my husband did not want to drive the 20 miles in to this location to deposit a check & get a small amount of cash back. I sent the deposit with his drivers license via the drive in teller. The teller asked if my husband was present of which I said no. She did not want to do the transaction so I asked to speak to the branch manager.....Eva. She refused as well. I explained that my husband has had 2 accounts with this bank for a very long time. She still refused. So I unfortunately had to use their ATM for cash & was charged 3.24 as a ATM fee. This is not the way my husband or I conduct our banking business. We will be closing both accounts & moving them to a different bank close to us. I don’t think you want to anger too many people in this economy. You are working for your clients.....don’t ever forget that.
