After having gone through a terrible experience at another bank in Hays, I went over to Sunflower Bank on East 27th, and talked to Bridget Stenzel. The service she provided deserves more than 5 starts. If you’re looking for customer service excellence, Sunflower is your bank and Bridget is your representative.

They were the best bank originally. Then they went political and started asking what I was using my own money for and that is none of their business. It is a disgusting overreach on their part and I will have none of it. Not to mention they wanted me to write a letter to get my money sent to me and close my account. I should not have to write a letter to get my own money sent to me. Horrible, horrible practices.. and it used to be such a friendly bank.

Customer service was amazing! We were turned away from another local bank over $0.17. Bridget was amazing and set up everything. Bank with Sunflower if you want real customer service :)
