      Jose and Jarvis were Dreamstyle employees who installed our shower. They were great. Sunlight Financial not so great as loan was passed off to unheard of credit union, All In. No one notified us about a change in lender and we had to call a representative from Sunlight to find out this little detail.

      Sunlight Financial’s customer service is HORRIBLE. Our account says we only owe a percentage of what we actually owe. It sounds like they charged another account our remaining loan amount and can’t track it down! So instead of just fixing our amount, they keep pushing us off and saying they’ll follow up with us, but they never do!! The longer the issue is in place the less time they are giving us to make payments in the 0% interest window. Their lack action is concerning considering that the amount we owe isn’t “chump change” and we need the entire 0% interest window to evenly make payments. I’ve asked for them to extend the window and they’ve ignored my request. I continue to follow up weekly with no resolution.

      I was getting charged 4.3 interest before the ADT Soler job was even completed. But yet I could not make a payment or transferred money to off set the interest .so about 4 to 6 mouth of interest before I could start making payment so not cool. :C
