NO ATM HERE! I personally use sunmark everyday and love the people behind the buisness. The reason for 1 star at this location is because the sunmark app stated this branch has an ATM. I needed cash and was running late. Stopped here because the Sunmark app shows an ATM. Found out this location only has a night drop box and wasted my time. Had to use another bank on the way.

If I could give no stars, I would. Fiance and I opened an account last Friday 7/9/21 and they told us when we deposited his check from work that part of the check would be held and that part of it would clear on Monday 7/12/21 and the rest of the check would clear on 7/16/21. This is the information that was given to us by Mike at the Princetown Road branch in Schenectady at the time of us making the account. Here it is 7/13/21, none of the check has been cleared and we just received an email today after calling since yesterday and couldn't get anybody on the phone, we emailed them and got an email back today saying none of the check would be cleared until 7/20/21. We were given false information when making the bank account. If we knew it was going to be like this, we would've taken our check and business elsewhere.
