Getting financing not having a traditional single job with a w2 as proof of income can be challenging, but Sunray took the time to piece together the details for our full financial picture, making it possible for our family to get the approval and ultimately the financing we needed to carry us into our future.

  Well, where to start. I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this situation it's hard not to say nothing. We were promised many things that never came true. We were told we would get a certain rate and close on a certain date, never happened. When Michael couldn't deliver on his promises, he just decided not to answer calls or even return calls.I finally had to email another employee there to even get a response from him. Then when he did respond, his excuse was he didn't have any answers to my question or problems, and didn't even offer to try to fix the problem. I have been in business for myself for 35 years. If I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't be in business for long. Now they have all this information on me, and I had to pay 575.00 for a appraisal I can't use. The last conversation I had with Michael, he basically said.the rate and the closing date he promised me wasn't going to happen and there was nothing Sunray could do for me, other then accept a high rate and by the time we would close it was going to be 3 to 4 weeks later. I think the thing that bothers me the most , When I confronted him about my aggravation he said refinancing a home was not first priority for Sunray. They prefer purchases. I wish I knew that before, I ever got involved with Sunray. I will be posting this on other sites. People need to know.

  Top notch mortgage company. Had a great experience working with Sunray on my home loan. They had this really slick web portal that kept our loan docs in order. No faxing stuff back and forth. Smooth process and fast close. Highly recommend.
