      Why am I giving a collections agency a 5 star review???..... especially after the first 2 people I spoke with were rude and uninformed. My answer is 1 reason, Jackie Johnson, I think she is a manager or supervisor, she was the 3rd person I spoke to. She completely changed my entire experience with this company, which was at first, beyond terrible. How? Just by being ridiculously knowledgable/informed about what her company and position does. Seriously. Literally. 2-3 minutes after speaking with her, my anxiety about the situation went from a 10 to a 0. I hope someone from this company reads this, Jackie was beyond amazing to me on the phone today. Thank you!

      Worst company ever! They are on the take with corporations. If you are charged unfairly they will report you delinquent even though you are in negotiations with the company involved. Then they won’t help you to remove unfair reporting even though the issue is resolved. Credit score of 815, with no late payments ever and a total payoff of all credit cards ($60k) and now I can’t get credit because of this company?
