Be alert and warned: No proper notification of account being closed or fees out of account until it’s to late to do anything because they already closed it without letting you know first! Very unhappy, been a customer for quite sometime now with this bank. I had a few fees of at most $20 and since it showed on my account the night prior that I had the funds plus PayPal accepted it which PayPal will deny if not enough funds in account. The bank didn’t notify me of closing my account in any format of phone, email, or mail. And I didn’t start getting notifications that my account was behind until 4 days ago which on that point I called the bank and tried working with them but they informed my account is closed and best of luck. This is not proper customer service and I sure don’t feel like they can be trusted with my small business funds if they can’t even take a minute out of their day to inform me that I had 30 days and my account was overdrawn upon this initialing happening. So just be very warned and safe!! I will be bringing my business elsewhere s that can give accountability for their actions and inform person prior to closing account that there is an issue on their account. All they had to say in other words was this is my responsibility which yes but if it went through PayPal I didn’t expect any issues until 3 weeks after getting notified of my charges coming out of my account via mail.
