  I have been a credit union member and conducted shared branching at this location with another out of state account. I have lived in different states and conducted shared branching for over a decade and I have not found a better more genuine staff. If you want to feel valued and have any team member be able to help you with whatever your needs are, then this is the place for you. I recently joined this credit union because of the great service and care I receive from each associate every time I have conducted a transaction. I challenge you to find a better Credit Union staff!

  New to the area and phoned them for a service requirement. Even after a year in the pandemic, they still don't support virtual or phone meeting. How can a new customer who don't have way to attend in person meeting get to the branch? Lack of empathy and common sense.

  Hi Kedar, thank you for sharing your feedback with us and providing insight into your experience with opening an account online. Trying to open an account during the pandemic and not having the kind of access you expected can be frustrating. Although we can definitely do most of the account opening process online, we do still have to confirm each account holder’s ID to ensure he or she isn’t at risk for identity theft. As of right now, that has to be done in the branch, either through our drive-thru lane or in-person with a Branch Representative. We apologize if that option was not provided to you on the phone, and have discussed your experience with our teams to improve this communication in the future.   In the market for a new credit union, and liking the positive reviews posted here, I emailed through the website and asked for more details about opening an account. No reply in two weeks, so low scores here and I'm opening an account with another CU, who did respond.
