  I have been a member since the 90's and they have proven time & time again that they're best financial institution in Pueblo. Danny has helped our family with multiple loans, always friendly with top notch customer service. We refinanced our mortgage with Lynn and again top notch service with excellent customer service. I highly recommend SunWest Credit Union!

  Just recently got a mortgage loan with Terrance Maestas with Sunwest ECU on Sovereign Circle. This was my second experience and it was a lot smoother and easier then the first one. Terrance is easily accessible, organized, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any loan needs.

  Megan is not very professional at the location on the North Side of Pueblo. I’ve been banking here for over 14 years. When I told her that she had deposited money into the wrong account she automatically got defensive switching the blame on me. When I deposit cash, my last four of my social and first and last name should be enough for them to access my account. Spoke with a supervisor and she took Megan’s side stating the account numbers are different, well so are the names and it was my name on the form.. In addition, last week I received a letter stating I would be charged for an online payment placed because the account number was missing the last digit of the account. This is impossible because the payment would not even go through if the account number was wrong. I wasted my time talking to a representative and she even argued with me stating that it would go through. Also she stated that the payment after that one, the issue was corrected. Nothing was corrected on my side or where the payment was being sent it’s all saved a sent with a push of a button on my phone. I do not re enter the information every time a payment is sent. This bank (training) and it’s employees have definitely lost what the true meaning is of customer service.
