Fast efficient service. First time customers. Manager seemed very knowledgeable about the process. No questions or mistakes or fumbling. Minimal signing and paperwork (unlike some other competitors who make the process of opening new accounts painful).

I am new to Toledo. I opened an account with Superior a few days ago. I was told in order to open a checking account, the had to run a credit report to determine what type of checking account I could open. When the representative ran my report, she claimed that my score was 40 points lower. I doubled check this with all credit bureaus and was told my score was indeed higher than quoted. I was asked after I showed the representative the correct score, did she try to investigate or change it, I stated she did not. I believe I was a victim of redlining. I left the branch manager a detail message, I have yet to receive a call back. Beware of this credit union. When I opened my account, I received a stapled black and white copy of their terms/fees etc.. Not a profession look at all.

Needs to update their ATM systems it'll be nice to able to add cash in your account other then that I've been a member for over 20 years I really appreciate them

Hi Tanille! We totally understand your feedback. We do have a new branch opening on Airport Highway this Summer that will have two ITMs outside where you can deposit cash, as well as retrieve some.
